Rick Stein’s Cornwall for Shine TV

Twofour Post Production have been working with  Shine TV providing post production support across all 3 series of this show that showcases the best of the South West; a region that we share deep links with, like Rick himself!

POST PRODUCTION

Our close proximity to the Cornish border meant that rushes drops could be made directly into our Devon facility, which was the hub for all post production services for the project.

A truly regional collaboration, our Plymouth based Post Producer worked closely with the team at Shine throughout the production, to provide a fully remote edit process, data wrangling, ingest and then technical support for the editors and producers spread across the UK.

The shows were graded and onlined in house, whilst we collaborated with another South West audio facility for the dub. They too have close links to Rick Stein, and together allowed us to create a truly collaborative, yet fully remote, production.

When Rick was in Cornwall, as he often is, we were also able to provide him with the convenience of our VO recording facility with remote direction from the production team.

Alongside the main daytime series, we have also helped produce a set of peak time episodes and then international reversions. It has all meant that a significant amount of re-edit work has been required. The team’s experience showed as we created these versions in the most efficient way possible.

Providing the full post package means that we also looked after all long term archiving of both the rushes and final masters.
